This is not financial or investment advice.
2. API Access and Usage
If you use the API:
- Access is subject to your plan limits
- Requests are counted per API call
- Results per request may be limited
- Data freshness varies by plan
We may:
- Enforce rate limits
- Throttle requests
- Modify limits at any time
3. Fair Use and Abuse
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape or extract data beyond intended usage
- Attempt to bypass limits
- Resell raw data without permission
- Overload or disrupt the system
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for abuse or misuse, without notice or refund.
4. Payments and Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Payments are processed via Stripe
- Prices may change with notice
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
Once any of the following occurs:
- API key is issued
- API requests are made
- Data is accessed
You are no longer eligible for a refund.

- Data is aggregated from public sources
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
- You use the data at your own risk
7. Service Availability
We may:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Change APIs
- Update datasets
No guarantees of uptime.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

- Missed opportunities

9. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California for resolution of any disputes.
